CCF2020 RANDONNEE: ALL THE NEWS
First check point in Salò!
Colnago Cycling festival excites and amazes, especially for its wonderful landscapes, between the crystal clear waters of Garda Lake and the mountains that reflects in it.
This year the Festival will start on April 3rd 2020 with the Randonnée, the amazing route around Garda Lake, available in two versions: the long route (205 km with a total altitude of 2100 m), and the short route (205 km with a total altitude of 520 m).
Any cyclist may take part in the Randonneur Circuit, and should stop to every check point for the validation of the race map, which will be given to the cyclists before the starts!
And here’s the news!
For the first time, in 2020 edition, the first check point will be placed in the center of Salò!
All those who will validate the race map at the first check point will receive a special gift once arrived!
The further validation point will be in Limone and, for those who will take the long route, in Ala.
Take note that Randonnée starts between 9.00 and 9.30 at Cesare Battisti Lakeside, in Desenzano del Garda (BS).
Before the start, every cyclist will be given the race pack and the bib number at Palazzo Todeschini, in Piazza Malvezzi, Desenzano del Garda from 8.00. Inside the race pack you’ll find exclusive technical garments and supplements for the route!
Randonée Patent is not a competition and does not involve any drafting of rankings and no recognition of prizes. Any cyclist may take part in the Randonneur Circuit provided he/she is in possession of a regular membership card issued by an Amateur Sports Association governed by an Institution or Federation and civil liability insurance through his/her Amateur Sports Association. All foreigner athletes have to have a medical certificate for competitive cycling events.
