Following numerous requests to ensure equitable participation, the organizers have decided to set a registration limit for each country. Once the registration limit for a given country has been reached, registration will close for that country, regardless of the scheduled closing date.

If the available spots in one of the indicated countries are filled early, new paying registrants will be placed on a waiting list until March 20, 2027, when spots from countries that have not reached capacity will be made available, based on the chronological order in which registrations were received. If no spots are available, the registration fee will be fully refunded, including any fees paid to Endu.

The Gravel Registration Includes:

• GPX track of the route or routes you have chosen to register for;
• Race Pack;
• Refreshments along the route and at the finish line;
• Participation medal;
• Listing on the Gravel Finisher page;

All registered participants will be entitled to request, by March 16, 2027, a refund of the registration fee (from which €25 will be deducted for administrative costs), or to freeze their registration for the 2028 edition (in this case, a voucher will be issued for the value of the registration fee minus €15 for administrative costs). The 2027 fees are to be used exclusively for the 2028 edition.

Requests to replacement with another athlete will only be accepted by March 16, 2027.

To request a replacement, refund, or freeze, please fill out and submit the appropriate forms available in the FAQ & FORMS section of our website.

Please note that requests for substitution or refund/freeze can only be made for registrations for the single Granfondo; they do not apply to registrations for combined events or circuits.

To participate in the Gravel race, you simply need to have a non-competitive medical certificate.

All participants are required to carry at least one water bottle, which can be refilled along the route at the aid stations.

Registration via the Endu Platform

To register for Colnago Lake Garda Cycling Festival events, you must enter your information and complete payment through the Endu portal.

Registration will remain open until the race bibs allocated to each country are assigned; please note that your registration will be confirmed once payment is processed. Please note that the following payment methods are accepted via the portal:

By selecting the group option for all registrations with at least 5 participants, the fixed fee is €5; for all registrations of 1 to 4 people, the fee is €0.75 + 6%;
