Following numerous requests to ensure equitable participation, the organizers have decided to set a registration limit for each Country. Once the registration number for a given country has been reached, registration will close for that country, regardless of the scheduled closing date.

If the available spots in one of the designated countries are filled early, new paying registrants will be placed on a waiting list until March 20, 2027, when spots from countries that have not reached capacity will be made available, based on the chronological order in which registrations were received. If no spots are available, the registration fee will be fully refunded, including any fees paid to Endu.
