YOGA AND BREATHING: THE SECRET ALLY IN SPORTS
During the three mornings of the festival, you can take part in a special yoga program: each day features a different class designed to improve strength, stability, and mindfulness. A rejuvenating experience for both body and mind.
DESENZANO BY NIGHT WALK
The festival continues even after sunset! On Saturday, April 11, you can join a fun fitness walk and choose between two routes: 3 km or 6 km. It’s a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the evening scenery and end the night by watching the fireworks display over the water.
